All youth classes are held at Theatre of the Republic, 331 Main Street in downtown Conway, SC. Classes run on a 7 week schedule with rehearsals on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday's unless otherwise noted. Our program includes acting, voice & dance instruction.
CYT offers a niche unlike other programs, where students experience their performances in an operating Theatre!  The whole experience will expose them to:

Coastal Youth Theatre has been an extension of Theatre of The Republic for over 10 years.  Our classes are designed to encourage each child to use their imagination and creativity to their fullest potential. In addition to the coaching benefits, the program teaches students to focus, take direction, respect fellow students, improve memorization techniques, reading skills, and improve their confidence on and off the "real" stage. Our end goal is they know how to work as a team and tell their story confidently.
